   Mr. Chandler: et al; ::: Truce? :::

   Sometime in the coming few days I’ll be at Cave Springs rebuilding the trail to the last Soda fountain
   free in Siskiyou county.

   I propose that you dedicate a day to help
   Louie Dewey and I “safe up” and allow public
   access to the Soda Springs at Cave Springs.

   The Water, I assure you, is of the same mystical
   quality as it ever was.
