Everybody's always picken' on me. (sounds like a song). When its most fun being left handed is doing tying clinics and watching people trying to figure out how to do it right handed (welcome to my world. And Don, no I just drive down the middle and let everybody else figure out what I am doing.

Yeah, he did. He's just wrong, that's all. Take a look at the film; it's fun.

At least Roberts has an excuse for his deviant, right-reeling behavior: he casts left handed, so reeling with his right makes as much sense as me reeling with my left.

Still, we were smart enough not to let that little bit of logic get in the way of a good verbal swordfight.

Not the right-hand reel thing again.
I blame the English!
Poor Roberts... he would probably drive on the wrong side of the road too (if it were an option).

kbarton: They are (and for anybody monitoring this comment, I'm sure they're not)

Kentucky: I don't think he actually meant (except in my case).

TC, Perhaps you should tell your knuckle dragging guide to check out this page:
http://www.kernriverflyfishing.com/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.pl?num=1201893868 wherein a mis-guided, limp wristed, overly sensitive writer-type named Lee Wolfe can be seen catching large fish with a left handled retrieve set on his reel. The film was produced by RKO-Pathe, a long time ago, and is named "Salar The Leaper".

Regards,
