Daylight Savings Time a Global Warming Plot?
By Tom Chandler on Jun 3, 2007 in Underground Entertainment
In a stunning example of just how perfectly America’s education system is performing, we present a letter to the editor of an Arkansas newspaper (via Megan at Posts From the Edge — the Postest with the Mostest) that suggests Daylight Savings Time is contributing to global warming.
“As you know, Daylight Savings Time started almost a month early this year. You would think that members of Congress would have considered the warming effect that an extra hour of daylight would have on our climate. Or did they?”
Sure, the whole thing seems like the ravings of a Enquirer-reading looney, but then it struck me; what if extended Daylight Savings is a terror plot designed to diminish our supplies of courageous, terror-fighting bluegill?
You’d think congress would have thought about that. Or did they…?

The global warming plot is nothing more than a new age, eastern religion, tree hugging, mother earth has a spirit, politically correct, one world government deception. Buying and selling of your carbon footprint plays right into it. The next thing we will see is that you will need a special stamp in order to bye your fuel, food, etc. because it may be giving off to much carbon. Sounds familiar. God uses Earth as his foot stool. He is in charge.

Excellent. I wouldn’t have said it better myself.
