It’s My Birthday, so I’m Going Fishing Today, Eating Slaw Dogs Tomorrow…

The L&T Nancy dug hard and found the perfect card for my 46th [gasp, sputter] birthday.
Instead of hanging around with you hacks, or getting pissed off writing more Nestle news, I’m going fishing. A report later.
Tomorrow — at 4 pm — we’re holding the Underground’s Second Slaw Dog Festival. For those living too far away to attend, we’ll be blogging this white-trash food event live, and including close-up photographs of the Tennessee Slaw Dog Northern California version of the Slaw Dog.

Sorry I missed the fishing invite. Weather looks good for it, but haven’t seen the river today - after our bit of rain - so hope it’s fishable. Looking forward to the slaw-dog fest, but we should have close-up shots of the Nor-Cal Slaw Dog instead of the Tennessee version.

Happy Birthday. I would love to make it to the slaw dog event, but it is Easter and we are heading down to Redding to see the Grand Kids. Save me one we will be heading back on Monday will give you a call.
The Mothers Day Caddis are showing on the main river, they should be hitting the upper river in about two weeks.
