Thinking About the Weather…
By Tom Chandler on Dec 8, 2006 in Underground Entertainment
It’s been a long week though much work has passed through my fingers. Fishing today isn’t a given, but fishing tomorrow - when snow is called for - definitely is. Never miss a chance to fish in the snow.
In fact, those of you who chase BWOs like surfers chase waves will no doubt find the following heartening:

It’s the Internet, Baby.
I had no idea when I started this gig that I’d be getting better than 53,000 page views a month (and still rising), or be blamed by someone halfway across the country for screwing up his nymph bite, but here it is in black & white.
I suppose it’s appropriate - nobody’s farmed more fish than I have, making me the expert - but I’d never suggest that the simple act of using a strike indicator damns you to eternal hell.
It’s simply the first step.
Update
Chris Raine just called. Jimmy Reams is in town, which means I’m definitely going fishing. See you on the river, Tom Chandler.

I hope I can make it out today too. I picked up a Randy Johnson Dickerson 6611 bamboo fly rod that really casts well. Chinook Park can have a good BWO hatch. This road should be great for it.
