Called the Trout Zone, it’s based in Crossville, TN – about 90 minutes from the Smokies and the home town of James Beasley – one of my favorite bamboo rod builders of all time.

Thanks! There are some talented word slingers eddying around fly fishing, most of whom have no ambitions around publishing a book or writing “how-to” for magazines. Always interesting to read about a new one.
