From the sometimes-frightening always-interesting minds over at GetOutdoors.com comes news of this devlish, Internet-connected pillow alarm for surfers. It’s a wi-fi connected pillow that checks the surf report, vibrating fast or slow depending on whether the surf is good or not.
My thinking is that this is simply too useful to be wasted on those lazy, shiftless surfers.
No sireee, I’m already envisioning a wi-fi pillow for fly fishers that checks flows and the weather, alerting you when the Green Drakes or BWOs are likely to come off.
I would kill for such a pillow. I’m going to invent this pillow, making millions when Orvis picks it up. As always, I’ll remember the little people when I’m rich.
